I support constitutional carry. People have a constitutional right to carry a gun. We have the right to protect ourselves from tyrannical governments and from criminals. I still continue to support training toward a CCW so that people learn scenario training, competency, and expertise with their weapons. Additionally, with a CCW permit you can carry outside of Clark County without jeopardy.

Voters need to start paying more attention to the Sheriff’s race. For the past several years, it’s been a down ticket race (Lamb endorsed Keller, Keller endorsed Young, Young endorsed Gillespie and Gillespie endorsed Lombardo). It’s a big deal who the next Sheriff is—because without a constitutional Sheriff, we can lose our rights and we’re seeing that happen right now.

Our Churches and Small Businesses are still trying to recover from forced closures. Only because people have fought back through the courts, is the reason that Churches and some Small Businesses have reopened.

They’re also looking at taking away our guns and we can’t let that happen. These are things that as Sheriff, I can help stop.
